Homemade children’s meat floss without additives
Overview
When my daughter was a child, she always bought the meat floss that she ate as a complementary food. I think it’s safer to buy the imported meat. One can is finished within a few days. Now that I know how to make it, I no longer buy it. Sometimes I see the meat floss sold in supermarkets and online. The price of one serving is not enough if we use tenderloin to make it. So I really don’t know what kind of meat they use to make it. If you make it yourself, buy the tenderest tenderloin and cook as much as you like, it’s very convenient. My daughter loves meat floss the most. Every time she makes it, her little hands will come over to grab a little and put it in her mouth. She usually puts it in bread, cakes, or makes sushi. It is a very good partner. After making two cans, it will be completely gone in no time.

Wash the tenderloin, remove the fascia, and cut into large pieces.

Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add cooking wine, ginger slices, and onion knots and bring to a boil.
-
Rinse and drain after blanch.

Put the pressure cooker, add cooking wine, ginger and green onion and cook.

Tear the flattened meat into pieces little by little. The more you shred, the better. The movement is a bit slow. It’s truly a pure handiwork.

The bread machine starts a jam program.
-
At the end of a process, the floss is already very thin.

I wanted to bake it even crispier, so I started another frying program for 30 minutes.
-
When finished, pour out and let cool.
-
When making pork floss, you can first fry the white sesame seeds in a pot.
