The first step is to prepare all the ingredients, including shrimps, clams, duck blood, cucumbers, and bean sprouts. (If you like it, it would be better to add sliced meat or beef as the main ingredient. Adding enoki mushrooms to the auxiliary ingredients is a good choice)

The second step is to blanch the vegetables, remove the water and take them out. The cucumbers should be put in when the bean sprouts are almost ripe, otherwise the cucumbers will rot easily and turn yellow, which will make them unsightly.

Step 3: Heat the pan, add oil, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry

Add an appropriate amount of sugar halfway. If the bean paste is not salty enough, remember to add salt, and then put it on top of the cooked vegetables

Step 6: Restart the oil pan, add Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers. If you like numbness or spicy food, you can add a little more here (I added a little thirteen incense here, the taste will be fragrant, it depends on your preference) Then put some chopped green onion on the bowl of the pot, then pour in the oil of Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers, and a bowl of boiled three delicacies is completed
