Melon thin slices
Overview
This is a crispy biscuit made from sunflower seeds. It contains very little oil and is not burdensome to eat!

Add eggs, sugar and 10 grams of salad oil and mix well.

Add sifted cake flour.

Add sunflower kernels. (You can also mix the flour thoroughly and add sunflower seeds, I gave it together)

Mix well with a whisk.

Use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of batter into the baking pan, use a spoon to press it a little thinner, and try to make it the same size and thickness (wetting the spoon with water will prevent it from sticking)

Preheat the oven to 180° for about 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it for the next few minutes to make sure it doesn't burn. Operate according to the temperature of your oven.

After cooling, seal and store.
