Lotus leaf cake
Overview
I didn’t want to work hard to knead the dough to steam the steamed buns, so I used a simple and trouble-free method. Roll out a few dough pieces like making steamed buns, fold them in half, and use chopsticks to press a few strips to make lotus leaf-shaped steamed buns. You can put vegetables or meat in the middle and eat them, both are delicious

It's roughly like this, fan-shaped. A bit ugly
