Carrot juice

Pour all the ingredients into the bread machine except oil and salt and start the kneading program for about 20 minutes

At the end of one kneading program, add vegetable oil and salt, and then start another kneading program

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment at room temperature

Ferment until doubled in size

Knead to exhaust, divide into three parts and let rest for 5 minutes

Ferment until the mold is 70-80% full

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes, put the toast box in and bake at 170 degrees for 35 minutes and take it out
