Flower bread
Overview
Beautiful flower shape, bread made with light cream and corn oil. The bread made with light butter is very soft and the cost is a bit higher, but the deliciousness is worth it. This time I made it without butter, but still used corn oil, and sprinkled almond slices on the outside. It was fragrant, soft and delicious!

Leave about 5g of whole egg liquid, and put the remaining egg liquid, light cream, corn oil, sugar, and salt into the bread barrel first.

Sift in the flour and add the yeast. Start the dough mixing process of the bread machine, wait until the dough mixing stops, and then start the dough rising process. There are two steps in total: kneading the noodles and then frying them.

Take out the risen dough, knead it well and deflate it, then divide it into two parts. I made this bread from one part. Divide into 6 dough pieces. Round.

I used a six-inch cake chimney mold and placed the rounded dough into the mold. Wrap it tightly in a bag and wash it twice.
