The soup is delicious, the baby cabbage absorbs the soup, it is salty and sweet, the black fungus is smooth and tender, and a handful of dried tofu skin is added, which is rich and nutritious. Fengrou is also known as North Fengrou. Rugao in Jiangsu, Xiangtan in Hunan, and Hengshan are the seasonal cured meat products. Its meat is tender, plump in fat, refreshing and not greasy, and is best for cooking in summer.

While the soup is cooking, prepare the other ingredients. One baby cabbage, soaked dried fungus, dried tofu skin, two spring onions, and a small piece of ginger (this piece of ginger has actually been put in to cook the bacon^_^)

Break off the baby cabbage leaves and wash them. Select the green onions, wash them and chop them into small pieces. Soak the dried tofu skin. After soaking, it will become softer and can be cooked directly. Soak the fungus in your hair, wash it clean and tear it into small florets

After the soup is cooked, take out the bacon. I cooked two pieces and used one to fry chrysanthemum.

Taste for saltiness. The bacon itself is very salty and the soup should be more delicious, so taste it and add a little more salt if it feels bland.
