Cut the tofu into long cubes of appropriate size. It is best to use soft tofu, which will taste better.

Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu.

Remove the fried tofu and set aside.

Two shiitake mushrooms and a little onion, chopped and set aside.

Pour out the remaining oil from the pan where you just fried the tofu. Just use the oil on the bottom of the pan. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce and a spoonful of oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry over low heat until evenly combined.
