Mix rice and glutinous rice, (2:1), wash well

Pour water just enough to cover the rice. If you have time, soak it for half an hour and cook it in a rice cooker

Add sushi vinegar to the cooked rice while it is still hot and let it cool (you can adjust the vinegar yourself, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and 1 tablespoon of sugar to adjust to your favorite taste)

Put a piece of seaweed on the roller blind

Place rice on top

First squeeze a strip of salad dressing, spread an appropriate amount of meat floss, then place cucumber strips, spread salad dressing, and finally spread meat floss
