Delicious improved version of doll biscuits. Every time I make them, I use butter and low-gluten flour. This time I use corn oil and mix in coarse grains and fine cornmeal. They are still crispy and low-fat

Add corn oil to powdered sugar and beat until the sugar and oil are emulsified

Add egg liquid and beat evenly

Sift in flour, fine corn flour, then add corn starch

Stir and knead together

Roll the kneaded dough into a sheet nearly half a centimeter thick and divide it with a cookie cutter

You can do whatever you like

Finally, put it into the preheated oven and heat it up and down to 170 degrees for 15 minutes. The biscuits will turn golden brown. They will be super crispy when eaten cold
