Guacamole
Overview
The green is fresh and refreshing. When I first came to the United States, I saw avocados. I bought them and didn’t know how to eat them, so they rotted. Later, my husband taught me how to make this. This guacamole is simple, healthy, and can be eaten with potato chips or crackers, or as a dip for tortilla chips. It’s more delicious than making a salad 😋

avocados, cut in half, remove the core, scoop out with a spoon and put into a container

After all the other ingredients are chopped, pour them together with the avocado, add yogurt and a little salt

Add salt, squeeze in lime juice, and use a whisk to break it into a puree. If you don’t have a whisk, you can use a fork to break it up like mashed potatoes.

You can also use juice to break it into pieces, which will give it a more delicate texture
