Overview
On a typhoon day, everything stops and everyone rests at home. There is nothing to sell in the market, and I don’t want to go out on the street. As a family activity at home, you can also make rice dumplings together! Eat whatever you have.

This is what I have at home, boiled crab fillets, fried ham slices (smoked brisket) until fragrant, fried corn kernels in butter, sauteed preserved vegetables until fragrant, and chopped fried dough sticks.

Mix glutinous rice and sticky rice in a ratio of 1:1, add some salt, add some oil and cook it in a rice cooker, break it up and let it cool (the temperature of the expert bag is fine). Pull off a piece of plastic wrap and lay it flat, scoop out a spoonful of rice and spread it on top.
