Fried red shrimp skin with chopped green onions
Overview
A traditional home-cooked side dish, my grandma often made it when I was a child, just steamed buns and porridge side dishes. Today I saw this kind of red shrimp skin for sale for the first time in the supermarket. It is a bit bigger than the small shrimp skin. I bought it and tried it. I didn't think it was very tasty and had a strong fishy smell. So when I make this side dish in the future, I will still use ordinary small shrimp skin, which is more palatable.
