New flavor of kimbap
Overview
I really like watching Korean dramas and always want to try the kimbap in them. Today I tried to make it myself. I added my favorite things to it. It’s a new flavor. Come and check it out with me!

Wash the carrots, cut into long strips one centimeter wide, and blanch them in water.

Spread the eggs into slices and cut them into long strips. Cut the ham, preserved eggs and cucumber into long strips and set aside.

Add a small spoonful of vinegar, a little sesame oil, and some cooked corn kernels to the rice, and stir well.

Prepare the bamboo curtain, place the seaweed on the bamboo curtain, spread the rice flatly on the seaweed, press it tightly, leaving a one centimeter gap at the top of the seaweed.

Place the prepared various strip-shaped ingredients on the rice. By the way, don’t forget to put some pickled mustard, which is very flavorful.

Okay, start rolling. First wrap the ingredients inside with seaweed and press firmly.

Then, while rolling the seaweed, stretch the bamboo curtain forward. Be sure not to roll the bamboo curtain inside!

Hold the rolled nori roll tightly with your hands.

Cut the seaweed roll into one centimeter wide, remember to dip the knife in some water, and voila, delicious seaweed rice is ready!
