All ingredients are ready and the flour needs to be sifted.

Melt the butter into a liquid over warm water, add the powdered sugar and beat to combine.

Stir until there is no powder.

Add egg mixture.

Put the mixed batter into a piping bag

Place a silicone mat on the baking sheet, cut a small opening at the top of the piping bag, and squeeze out a ring shape as shown.

Place two sliced almonds on top of each dough ball and press lightly.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put the middle layer on the upper and lower heat and bake for 18 minutes, until the surface is slightly brown.
