Bacon, cheese and meat floss steak buns
Overview
I made my own pork floss, which is my son’s favorite snack. I made too much of it, and when I saw it wasn’t finished yet, I simply made it into bread. The inside of the bread is rolled with meat floss, and the outside is topped with bacon and mozzarella. This bread has a rich texture, is a salty bread, and is so fragrant.

Put all the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine, start the kneading program, knead into a smooth dough, then add softened butter
