  1. Prepare the ingredients (millet pepper is not in the picture).

  2. Cut the coriander into 2 long sections and cut the Shao Cai into shreds.

  3. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

  4. Add the Shao Cai and cook for 2 minutes. Remove.

  5. Blanch the coriander for 1 minute and remove.

  6. Drain the water.

  7. Put the Shao Cai Bang on the plate and place the coriander on top.

  8. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, green onion, millet and pepper and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

  9. Add light soy sauce, sugar, and turn off the heat.
