Prepare the ingredients (millet pepper is not in the picture).

Cut the coriander into 2 long sections and cut the Shao Cai into shreds.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Add the Shao Cai and cook for 2 minutes. Remove.

Blanch the coriander for 1 minute and remove.

Drain the water.

Put the Shao Cai Bang on the plate and place the coriander on top.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, green onion, millet and pepper and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce, sugar, and turn off the heat.

Pour the sauce over the cilantro.
