Braised pork ribs and braised beans
Overview
It was too hot to go out, and I only had a few beans at home, so I took some ribs from the refrigerator and tried to braise them without oil. How did it taste?

Ingredients
Steps
-
Spare ribs, beans, green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, cloves
-
Blanch the spareribs in boiling water and remove them when they bleed
-
Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, add the blanched ribs, add dark soy sauce, rock sugar, ginger slices, star anise, Sichuan peppercorns, and cloves and start to stew
-
After simmering for half an hour, when there is still a little soup left, add the very fresh soy sauce, oyster sauce and green beans, then cover the pot and lower the heat until all the soup is absorbed by the beans
-
Because the salt in dark soy sauce, extremely fresh soy sauce and oyster sauce is enough, there is no need to add salt. After the soup was dry, I added some dried spicy skin that I blanched in oil, and finally took it out of the pot and served it on a plate. The color was good and the taste was good!
