Wash the kidney beans and soak them in water for a day in advance.

Cook the kidney beans in a pressure cooker for about 7 minutes, drain them, and coat them in a mixture of flour and starch.

Chop the sauerkraut and cut the spicy millet into small rounds.

Heat cooking oil in a pan. When it is 60% hot, add kidney beans and fry until the color turns yellow and the skin is crispy and hard. Remove and set aside.

Leave the oil in the pot, add sauerkraut and millet and stir-fry until the sauerkraut is slightly dry.

Pour in the kidney beans and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with a little salt and bring to the pot.
