Steps
-
Put all the ingredients except sausage and butter into the dough mixer. Add half of the eggs and leave the remaining half for brushing the surface of the bread
-
Kneading noodles for 30 minutes!
-
I bought frozen sausages, so put them in a frying pan over low heat to preheat! Spare
-
After kneading for 30 minutes, add softened butter and continue kneading for another 30 minutes
-
Then let the dough rise. The dough mixer I use has a resting function of 1 hour. Let it double in size and that’s it
-
After taking out the dough, use a rolling pin to get rid of the air inside, and then divide the dough into equal portions (with a sausage for each portion). Then cover with plastic wrap! Wake up at room temperature for 15 minutes!
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a long strip again, driving out the air in the middle
-
Wrap the dough around the sausage as shown in the picture
-
After wrapping, cover the baking sheet with baking paper and place the bread with a slightly wider space in between because it still needs to ferment later
-
Cover the bread with plastic wrap and put it on the upper shelf of the oven. Put a bowl of boiling water on the lower shelf. Close the oven door and let it rise for the second time, 45 minutes
-
When the bread has doubled in size, take it out of the oven and coat it with egg wash (the egg is the remaining half of the egg)
-
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the bread in the middle and lower rack of the oven, 180 degrees, 18 minutes!
-
It’s out! ! !
-
It tastes very good
