Prawn Vermicelli and Tofu in Pot
Overview
The hard tofu you bought may have been too cold due to too much stuff in the refrigerator. The tofu has frozen hard and has become old. However, old tofu has more holes and absorbs the juice and is more delicious.

Remove heads and intestines from prawns.

Tear the celery into thick shreds and cut into strips.

Brush the pan with oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
