Black sesame powder macaron
Overview
The flaxen-colored pony is really cute. I thought that almond flour and black sesame flour are both oily flours and should be replaced. I tried it with the intention of failure, but I didn’t expect that it would work. I posted this black sesame macaron mainly because I wanted to post a chocolate sandwich filling. Mix black sesame powder and powdered sugar and sift three times (to make the crust smoother)

The hotter the oven, 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Place the middle and lower layers of the baking pan at 170 degrees and bake for 3-5 minutes. Remove the skirt and turn to 110 degrees for 10 minutes. (The baking mat can be placed on the back of the cake roll square baking pan, and a baking mesh can be inserted underneath. The baked macarons will be flatter and the bottom shell will be smooth)
