-
Ingredients: 3 eggs, 60 grams of caster sugar, 2 tsp of honey, 120 grams of cake flour, 2 grams of baking powder, appropriate amount of strawberry jam
-
Crack three eggs into bowls
-
Use an electric whisk to beat the egg liquid
-
When whipping, add sugar in three batches and stir evenly until the color turns slightly white. (Or use an electric beater to beat the egg to three times the original volume. The beat will be softer, but the taste will not be much different)
-
Add two spoons of honey and stir slightly with a spatula
-
Add the sifted low flour, be sure to sift it once so that air can enter the flour, making it easier to mix evenly without clumping, and it will be more fluffy. Cut and mix evenly without any lumps. (Cut and mix in straight lines, do not mix in circles to avoid tendons and affect the softness.)
-
The surface of the prepared batter is smooth and any traces of dripping will disappear quickly.
-
Place the batter into the preheated pan.
-
Turn over when small bubbles appear on the surface.
-
Spread the strawberry jam evenly on the light yellow side and cover with another pie.
