Tomato Tender Burger
Overview
I have been dissatisfied with the meat of my burgers several times, so when I was chatting with a friend who ate it, he told me to fry it over high heat first, and then grill it over low heat, so that the meat patty would be very tender and delicious. In fact, locking in moisture and then roasting it at a low temperature is simpler than frying or grilling it with sauce. Friends can also try it if they like it.
