Wash the pomfret, remove the head, and cut into pieces on both sides

Chop ginger, onion and garlic and set aside

Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil and add minced meat

When it becomes fragrant, add the pomfret

Turn the pomfret over one at a time until both sides are slightly brown

Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, salt and pepper, sugar, salt and cooking wine in sequence. Finally, add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and cook over high heat

When the juice is almost gone, sprinkle with chopped green onion
