Frozen headless red shrimp, defrosted naturally.

Break open the back of the shrimp and remove the sand line;

Add ginger and cooking wine;

Mix well and marinate for about ten minutes.

Vermicelli, soak in warm water until soft;

Drain and add oyster sauce;

Catch evenly and place on a plate.

Arrange shrimps on top of vermicelli.

Chop garlic into cubes, green and red peppers, and green onions;

Put 1/2 pieces of garlic into a small bowl and add steamed fish soy sauce;

Heat a pan with a little oil and low heat, pour in the chopped garlic and fry until fragrant;

Pour into a bowl and mix well.
