Lychee glutinous rice cake
Overview
The first time I made it, my family said it was delicious. The hardest part was wrapping the pulp. I ran out of disposable gloves at home, so I had to wrap my hands in two small bags. It was tiring, but fortunately my kids loved it.

Peel and core lychees
