Oatmeal muffin cake
Overview
In the past few days, I have made several small cakes for the children. I happened to have cereal at home, so I mixed and matched them. The texture is very rich.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add sugar to whole eggs.

Use an electric mixer to beat the egg batter until it is slightly white and has a slight texture.

Then add pure milk and continue beating until combined.

Then add the flour and baking powder and beat until no dry powder forms.

Add the corn oil and stir until combined.

Finally add the black box cereal and mix well.

Put the mixed cake batter into a piping bag and refrigerate for an hour before taking it out.

Squeeze it into a mold with a paper holder until it is seven to eight minutes full.

Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 25 minutes.

After baking, brush with a little oil and water (butter mixed with cold boiled water) and sprinkle with appropriate amount of oatmeal for decoration, then bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 2-5 minutes, paying attention to the color.

After it's cooled, cut it open and look at the tissue. It's very thin and waxy.
