Cut 2 carrots into small pieces and put them into the mixing bowl;

Use a grinder to make carrot puree;

Strain through a strainer to separate the carrot puree and carrot juice;

Add all liquid ingredients to the kneading cylinder;

Add the solid ingredients except the radish puree and butter to the kneading tube;

After kneading the flour into a ball, add carrot puree;

After kneading into a uniform and smooth dough, add butter;

Knead until the butter is completely absorbed into the dough;

Take a small piece of dough and pull out a transparent film;

Basic fermentation until 2.5 times the size;

Divide the fermented dough into 10 balls;

Shape into long strips and arrange them on the baking tray for final fermentation;

After fermentation, brush with a layer of milk;

Middle rack of oven, 160℃, 25 minutes, done.
