Tomato Minced Pork Tofu
Overview
My daughter has been clamoring to eat tomato tofu for a long time. At my grandma’s house, in a rural area where the market is held every three days, it’s hard to buy tender tofu. I was lucky enough to buy it today and I quickly came back to make it for my daughter. It’s not easy. I shed tears even if I talk about it too much. Tomato tofu is my daughter’s favorite

Rinse the tofu you bought first and cut it into small pieces.
-
Add pepper, salt and light soy sauce to the pork stuffing and marinate for a while

Heat the wok, when the oil is hot, stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color, add diced tomatoes, add a little sugar and stir evenly,

When the tomato juice is released, pour in the tofu. Don't let the heat be too high and simmer for a few minutes. Taste for sweet and salty. If it's too sweet, add some salt. If the tomatoes are sour, you can cut some garlic and add them to make it less sour

Finally, before serving, add a little chicken essence, drizzle with a little sesame oil, put it on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion
