Wash and chop the pork ribs into pieces, wash and peel the lotus root and cut into thick pieces

Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, add the pork ribs and stir-fry until the surface is slightly dry, add the lotus root and a spoonful of soybean paste and stir-fry evenly, add the pasta water, add a little cooking wine, brown sugar and soy sauce and simmer over medium heat until soft (about 45 minutes)
