Heart Shaped Durian Pizza
Overview
Many people don't eat durian at first. For example, I fell in love with the taste after being forced to try it. On Sunday afternoon, I used a heart-shaped pie plate to make four mini durian pizzas. The combination of durian, condensed milk and cheese created a different chemical reaction, and they were all eaten up in an instant. Durian lovers, let’s make it together. It’s so simple to make and so delicious.

Add water, milk, and flour in sequence into the bread barrel. Try to make the flour cover the entire water surface. Put salt in one corner of the bread barrel and sugar in the other corner. Make a well in the flour, put the yeast into the well, making sure that the yeast does not come into contact with the water and salt, and pour in the olive oil.

Place the bread bucket into the bread machine and turn it clockwise to lock the bread bucket. Select the kneading level, knead the dough for 20 minutes, and start the program.

Start the fermentation and thawing program of the bread machine for 40 minutes and ferment the dough until it doubles in size.

After deflating, roll the dough and cover with plastic wrap to rest for about 15 minutes.
