Potato and Shrimp Balls
Overview
My son loves mashed potatoes and shrimp even more. Yesterday I said I wanted to eat shrimp. I haven’t bothered to eat potatoes during the Chinese New Year, so I went to the supermarket today to buy fresh shrimps. What I lament is that in this era of abundant materials and smooth logistics, supermarkets basically have everything produced no matter where they are, which is so convenient.
