There was still a bowl of carrot juice left over from making noodles yesterday. I made some bread for breakfast this morning

Ingredients are prepared according to quantity

Except butter, egg liquid and other powdered ingredients, put them in a container and add carrot juice

Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it into a round shape, cover with a damp cloth and let it rise for 15 minutes

Cover with a damp cloth and continue fermenting for 45 minutes until 80% full. Brush with a layer of egg wash

Sprinkle some sesame seeds and place in the oven at 160 degrees for 45 minutes
