Onion and mutton skewers
Overview
I bought a new oven yesterday, and I tried it out with great interest today. Basically, it’s not bad. I’ll think about a few other ways to eat it after I get used to it. Eating too much charcoal-grilled food is not good for your health. Grilling it yourself is cleaner and safer than cooking it outside. Please give it a try when you have time.

Steps
-
Cut the lamb leg into small pieces and marinate with cooking wine, salt, a little sugar and soy sauce.
-
Cut the onions into cubes and marinate the mutton for half an hour. My marinating time is a bit short, it is best to marinate the night before.
-
The marinated meat is skewered with bamboo skewers, and a piece of onion and a piece of mutton are skewered like this.
-
Wrap the baking sheet with tin foil and place the skewered meat on it. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 5 minutes, place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, take out and brush with a little peanut oil, sprinkle with cumin seeds, and bake for another 5 minutes.
-
It’s baked! Sprinkle cumin powder and eat hot. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some more chili powder.
