Just buy ready-made abalone skirt and soak it in cold water in advance for about 1 hour or more. Wash the soaked abalone several times and set aside.

Cut other vegetable ingredients into shreds and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add abalone skirt and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add green/red pepper, cooking wine, light soy sauce, leek, celery, and oyster sauce in order, stir-fry repeatedly for about 2 minutes.
