Eating porridge is a very comfortable thing. Occasionally, I will add some other ingredients to cook together. Today I added walnuts and wolfberry. Walnuts can be eaten raw, cooked, or made into medicinal porridge, decoction, etc. Some people like to peel off the thin brown skin on the surface of the walnut kernels. This will lose some of the nutrients, so do not peel off this thin skin. Walnuts have the following functions: anti-inflammatory and sterilizing, skin care, anti-cancer and anti-cancer, brain and anti-aging, purifying blood, lowering cholesterol, soothing fatigue, anti-stress, etc. Wolfberry is suitable for people with weak constitution and poor immunity. Of course, the effect of any food ingredient is not immediate, but must be sustained for a long time and eat a little every day to be effective. Adults should not exceed 30 grams a day. It is best not to eat it if you have a cold, fever, body inflammation, or diarrhea.
