Healthy steamed dish - tofu and crucian carp soup

I learned this recipe from my mother. Her cooking skills are average, but this soup is really delicious, fragrant and fresh. The key is health, and it saves trouble as long as you wash the ingredients and put them in the pot.

Make several cuts on the back of the fish, both front and back.

Wash the tofu and cut into small pieces.

Add the fish to the soup bowl along with the tofu.
