Overview
Bamboo shoots after the beginning of spring are known as the king of vegetables because of their plump bodies, white as jade, fresh and tender meat, and delicious taste. Also known as Shan Bazhen. It can be meat or vegetarian, with different cooking methods and different flavors.

Cut the bamboo shoots into sections of the same size and length.

Blanch the bamboo shoots with salt.

On medium heat, put a small amount of oil in the pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

Add the bamboo shoots, add a small amount of water, and cook over medium-low heat for a while.

When the water in the pot is almost dry, turn to high heat, add fried sesame salad dressing, add salt and stir-fry.
