Thai Curry Crab
Overview
In March, I had the most delicious curry crab in my life at Jianxing Restaurant in Bangkok, Thailand. I brought back a few packages of curry spices, green curry, and yellow curry powder from my trip to Cambodia last year, and I learned to make them myself.

The ingredients were ready, but I forgot to pat the celery.
