Mix 100g glutinous rice flour + 20g starch + 20g dragon juice + 170g milk evenly.

Beat 150g cream + 20g sugar.

Cut the dragon fruit into small cubes, put the cream into a piping bag or punch holes in plastic wrap.

Cut the noodles into eight equal pieces (I cut 12 pieces too thinly).

Sprinkle cooked glutinous rice flour, roll into thin slices, add a layer of cream, a few pieces of dragon fruit, and another layer of cream, wrap it up like a bun, with the seam facing down.
