Hot and sour noodles
Overview
Nowadays, the hygienic condition of hot and sour noodles outside is really unsatisfactory. I am helpless and greedy. I happen to have sweet potato noodles made by my great-aunt at home. I can use this to make hot and sour noodles. It must taste very good~

Soak sweet potato vermicelli in cold water for 1 hour until soft

Wash and blanch the lettuce and set aside
