Baby Recipes-------- Fried Pork Liver with Onions
Overview
The first time I gave an onion to a child, he frowned and spit it out. No matter how much he coaxed him, he refused to accept the onion. Until one time, he continued to eat the onion at night after lunch, and there was only this one dish on the table. The naughty child ate one piece, thinking that he would spit it out. However, he tasted it carefully and swallowed it. Then he pointed at the onion with his finger, and then pointed at his mouth to express that he wanted to eat it. What's the difference? It turns out that the onions in the next stall are very tasty and taste a little sweet, but they don’t have the pungent smell at all, which is why naughty children like them. Paired with pork liver, it is really a dish suitable for children, as it supplements iron and zinc.
