Stir-fried pork tongue is a very simple home-cooked dish. It tastes delicious and goes well with rice. An important point in making pork tongue is that the boiled tongue should not be soaked in water, otherwise it will remove the sweetness of the tongue and make it unpalatable

Prepare a pig tongue, clean it, wash it carefully, because it won’t be able to pass through water for a while

Put it in a pot and bring it to a boil. Just scrape off the dirt on the tongue. Do not cook it for too long. Do not wash the scraped pig tongue with water again

Boil it in water, scrape the tongue and cut it into thin slices. Also set aside ginger slices

Add oil. If you want to make delicious food, peanut oil is indispensable. Saute until fragrant. Add in ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the thinly sliced tongue and fry over high heat until the water dries up
