Prepare the ingredients, boil the preserved eggs and peel them

Cut the tofu into cubes, put water in the pot and bring to a boil. Boil the tofu in the pot to remove the fishy smell

Dice the preserved eggs and set aside for later use, mince the garlic and cut the coriander into sections
