Ingredients: Enoki mushrooms, garlic, sugar, peppers, chives, soy sauce.

Remove the old roots of Enoki mushrooms and rinse them thoroughly

Chop the garlic into mince, chop the chives into finely chopped green onions, and cut the pepper into small rings

Rinse the enoki mushrooms, boil them in boiling water for 1 minute and remove

Blanch the enoki mushrooms, control the moisture and put them into a plate

Put a teaspoon of cooking oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat. Add pepper rings, minced chives, umami soy sauce, and a little sugar to add freshness.

Burn over low heat until fragrant. Turn off the heat.
