Steamed dried squid
Overview
Squid and cuttlefish are both this guy. Some people call the chilled ones nudibranchs. The actual chilled taste is very delicious, and it goes very well with leeks. Today I am making dry food, so I used the steaming method. The taste of the finished dishes is average and not as delicious as the chilled ones.
