Pork Ribs with Orange Sauce

Wash the oranges, peel them and squeeze the juice. Grate the orange peel into thin strips and set aside

The ribs are cut into pieces as shown in the picture

Boil water and blanch the ribs to remove the foam

Rinse with clean water, drain and set aside

Put the pan on fire, when the oil is hot, add the ginger slices and saute the ribs until fragrant, then fry the ribs in the pan

Add two tablespoons of rice wine and fry until golden brown on both sides

Add a little light soy sauce and a little salt and stir-fry

Pour the orange juice into the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat

Add a small amount of white sugar, put the orange peel in, turn down the heat to reduce the juice, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence before serving
