Boil fresh chestnuts in boiling water for about 20 minutes. You can first break the chestnuts into small openings

Peel the chestnuts, add water and smash until fluffy.

Add 50ml of milk and continue stirring

Put it into a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and stir-fry while adding the sugar until it is completely melted

Then add a spoonful of rum and a spoonful of vanilla extract and mix well

Pour 250ml of fresh cream and 50g of white sugar into another bowl and beat with an egg beater.

Please refer to the butter cake method for the cake base and make it into a small round shape

Use a small spoon to make a round hole in the middle of the cake, put the whipped cream into the piping and pipe it into a hill shape with the round hole as the center.

Put the chestnut puree into the piping bag and surround the cream hill, and pipe it into a round shape
