Stir-fried chicken gizzards with pickled beans

Home-pickled sour beans are delicious and clean. You can grab a handful whenever you want. Add a piece of sour ginger and stir-fry with chicken gizzards. It’s a great meal!

Cut the sour cowpea into 1 cm long segments, cut the sour ginger into small dices, mince the garlic, mince the chili pepper, and cut the chicken gizzards into thin slices

Put a little oil in the pot

Put all the ingredients except chicken gizzards into the pot and stir-fry for one minute

Pour in the chicken gizzards and continue to stir-fry

When the chicken gizzards change color slightly, add salt, light soy sauce, and water
